Workforce Investment Network (WIN)

In collaboration with North Carolina Community Colleges, East Carolina University, The North Carolina Providers Council and The Arc of North Carolina, we have initiated the Workforce Investment Network. Through WIN, we recruit, retain and develop our employees while giving them the opportunity to choose their own career path. Employees in the WIN Program can choose to develop a career in the clinical, medical, educational, operational or administrative support fields.
