The Workforce Investment Network (WIN) is the means by which RHA Howell, Inc. recruits, retains and professionally develops employees through defined career ladders. WIN provides meaningful career paths to individuals supporting people with disabilities, giving these individuals the option to make choices regarding their own career development. Through partnerships with East Carolina University and the North Carolina Community College System, there are currently five healthcare career paths from which you can choose:
 • Operations
• Administration
• Clinical
• Education
• Medical		 
As a WIN Program participant, you will have access to career, academic and personal development resources which will allow you to:
